  • Where creativity and nature meet! In this programme, kids mould figurines using natural clay. This is a tactile learning process to enhance fine motor skills.

  • Learn the basics of wood working in this 2.5 hour class, including the use of simple tools like a hammer, hand saw, and nails.

    2 hour session, 20-40 participants

  • Work as a team to build a garden bench using discarded wood, while learning fundamental carpentry skills. Participants will also decorate the bench using pyrography, or wood burning.

    3 hour session. 20–40 participants.

  • Create and customise a sustainable hanger using upcycled wooden pallets and craft materials. Participants will prepare the wood, assemble their hanger, and decorate it using pyrography, or wood burning. For corporate, school, and group workshops.

  • Create and customise a sustainable laptop stand using upcycled wooden pallets and craft materials. Participants will prepare the wood, assemble their stand, and decorate it using pyrography, or wood burning.

  • Learn how food scraps can be repurposed into eco-enzymes for daily use. Participants will learn the process, benefits, and uses of eco-enzymes, and bring home a ready-to-use enzyme sample or starter kit, depending on the workshop format.

    Suitable for school, corporate, and community groups. 1.5 hours, 20-40 participants.

Interested in open formats? We offer opportunities for DIY work: gather in GUI’s rustic woodworking space for two hours, with some of our staff on site to provide guidance upon request. Designed for hands-on craft, bonding, and slowing down. Up to 10 participants.
